To relax the eyes it is always a good idea to look into the distance for 3-5 minutes or to keep your eyes ‘in shape’ by means of regular eye exercises. Yawning extensively and moving your eyes up, down, to the right and to the left will increase the amount of tears secreted by your eyes. Eye drops are also useful in this regard.
